Therapy session fees

• Free 15 minute telephone consultation

 

• A 60 minute consultation session is £25 (online or in-person)

• The standard fee is £50.00 per 60 minute therapy session

​

• Concessionary rates are available on a sliding scale based on  individual circumstances. Please ask for further details.

• Payment is required by bank transfer prior to the start of each session.

 

The standard therapy fee is set with consideration of prevailing rates for private practitioners in the UK as stated on the BACP register www.bacp.co.uk/search/Therapists.

The following policies are in place to preserve the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client. When booking a session your are reserving a space, which might otherwise be available for someone else.

Cancellations and late attendance

​

• Please arrive in good time for sessions.

• Where less than 24 hours notice is given for cancellation the full fee for the session is due

 

• If a client is over 20 minutes late without contact and agreement to reschedule it will be treated as a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice

• The outstanding balance must be cleared before the next therapy session commences
